-Reminded this morning of the power of choice. These energies can feel monumentally difficult. The coping mechanisms we resort to may not be our healthiest choices, yet far more important than our choice of what provides comfort is the choice itself and the awareness of it. Free will choice choice choice the word rings. 

.This is the communication for today, nothing else we can offer is of greater essence than understanding the power of human choice. 

Sudden musical inspiration. How does that translate into the work?
The confidence in your skills to interpret your ear
The courage to take chances and cross the bridge with faith
knowing that you are loved and that the bridge will continue.

The artist seeks an ideal environment for creation of the masterpiece. 

Spacious, well lit, safe, quiet, free of potential disturbances and criticism, excellent hydration of pure clean water, deeply nourishing food of a high vibration, and most of all permission and gratitude to express. 

And yet, as any winemaker knows, a well watered grape is a tasteless grape. Stress can provide delicious, unique and subtly exquisite flavors of the soul. 

Choose your stress well for that which you may, and for the rest? Let creative inspiration, skillful means and elbow grease provide the exquisite expression of delight. 

Nothing is not god.

The year of getting down to business. Rehearsals are over, the curtain is up. There is no separation between audience, cast and crew. Stage or house, theater or life. 

Listen for your cues, dance the dance and do the work.

The Art of Being

Musing on purity of expression this morning. So much affects the nature of human expression. The caffeine and sugar for breakfast, the despair of the person at the next table in the coffee shop. Even physiology and lineage give form to expression. Color.

Every thought, every gesture is an expression of human form. But what about essence, the basic nature that is more fundamental than all influences?

It is possible to approach the truth. A rich variety of tools and practices exist for following the thread to source. Peeling the layers of influence from drugs, education and pollution, the things that color that primary expression.

Is no expression “pure”? If being in form fundamentally colors expression and experience then how is essence realized?

Is it only possible following death of the physical body? Is that the only body? The only form? Try it and report back.

Does fully experiencing essence require forgoing identity?

Identity is form.

There is a fundamental nature to that which is manifest as human which transcends any condition or quality. Any doing colors it as an expression of the vehicle and it’s constituent components.

Underneath all of this is presence. No doing, no thinking, no qualities of any sort and yet somehow distinct. A basic and unique expression of fundamental essence. Pure formless awareness is about as close as we can get with the written word.

Simple being is pure expression. Being that which is manifest with no agenda or even identity which may hold one.

Certain approaches to meditation and a great deal of practice can lead to this. Or, there is also that big red shiny candy-like button that drops the floor out of the ride in mid flight.

The one labeled ART.

Our species has a formidable capacity to create. Care must be taken to balance this though developing awareness in the higher realms, the higher frequencies, so the material may follow  accordingly.  

A new friend was waiting for me to sit and write this morning. A sparkling, zooming, effervscent mass of pure playful joy named (burst of light and sound essentially represented by ) Asylinine. 
I explored various ways of tuning into this very feminine and playful energy. Frilly and girly actually. 
“There! You just need to make use of your higher aspects is all. Silly walking around thinking you’re just an ego and meatchine, ignoring all the higher aspects perfectly capable of achieving what you seek. 
We greet you in the name of the Federation of Christ!”
Uh, Really? It’s Monday. 
Ok, I’ll play. “How may I be of service?”
(Burst of blinding joy) “We believe you are in a position to generate much joy on this planet and we seek to aide you in this. It is most important. ”
Interesting. How to relate? I touch into deep questioning, searching, evaluating this energy for possible duplicity. Nothing. It’s pure, radiant joy is only slightly dimmed from the testing. 
Truly a being of love. 
She doesn’t seem to need to converse, perhaps just feel…
The waves of joy erupt along my body penetrating every cell and resonating with my own to quickly become a deliciously coherent field of joy emanating AS me. 
Her presence seems to spark a harmonic resonance. She’s not adding as such, this joy is all me, but such incredible, scintillating, blazing presence. 
Ahhh, THIS! This is it. Anything else is icing. 
A highly girl, ancient, unassailable power and wisdom expressed as simple, playful, joy. 
Such a gift. 

Creation

Reciprocal Theory is based on motion rather than matter. 

Motion is the ratio between space and time that causes change. 

In this rich environment of polarity friction, light and dark battling for control, generative potential is available in the extreme. 

The mycelium network is also a receptor grid to channel this conflagration into the creation of a beautiful new world. 

Buckle up. 

Peace is a conscious thing, not simply a condition lacking violence. When creating peace, be an ally. Dance with it. Most importantly, create with full understanding and sovereign willingness. 

The phenomenal world is a product of our collective journey. The inner efforts manifest the outer experiences. 

Our own personal lens orients it.
